Ordering Process

  • To expedite production, please send us final artwork with your purchase order.
  • We consider an order confirmed when we receive your signed email approval confirmation and purchase order.

Shipping and Handling

  • All prices are FOB ROSHARON, TX (77583) unless otherwise noted.
  • We will ship your order as soon as it is complete. If you require us to store something for you, we will add a warehousing fee based upon the number of boxes and the time held.
  • Drop shipping: there is a $10 per location drop ship charge.
  • ‘Domestic Shipping’ means shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States.
  • Additional shipping and handling services available quote upon request.
OVER/UNDER POLICY: Please allow 5% over/under run on all orders.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Please be aware that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of issuing a PO and signing your Artwork Confirmation. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to change or refund orders after this threshold.
  • ​Please be advised that we do not accept returns of custom products. Defective goods will be either replaced or refunded at our discretion. 

Proofs

  • Virtual samples are provided free of charge.
  • Preproduction samples are available. Prices vary based on product.
  • To ensure a high quality finished product, we ask that you send us the highest quality artwork available. Vector artwork is preferred. We also accept high quality JPGs and PDFs. If vector format artwork is required for your product, there may be an additional charge.

Conditions

Quotations given are valid for 30 days.​
  • DMD Products warrants that all goods supplied are of normal commercial quality and to the agreed specification. In the unlikely case of breach of such warranty, DMD’s liability will be limited to:
    • 
replace any defective goods or;
    • refund the appropriate portion of the purchase price

Payment and Terms

  • All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices for quantities greater than those listed will be provided upon request.
  • All new customers are required to pay for 100% of their initial order up front. Credit terms are negotiable for returning customers. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, in general, a 50% deposit will still be required prior to releasing an order for final shipment.

Artwork and Logos

  • Please carefully review your Artwork Confirmation, we will produce your goods exactly to these specifications.
  • By contracting DMD Products to produce goods, you authorize DMD Products to use all artwork, logos, colors, words, and themes listed and depicted and certify that you have the authority to use these logos.
